AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS.
To specify that certain regulations of the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection in effect as of July 1, 2024, shall apply to household and small commercial subsurface sewage disposal systems with a capacity of ten thousand gallons per day or less and make technical changes.
