AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPOSIT OF REIMBURSEMENTS FROM THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS FOR PHARMACEUTICAL PURCHASES INTO THE GENERAL FUND.
