AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION TO STUDY LICENSING AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO PERFORM TITLE SEARCHES OF REAL PROPERTY IN THIS STATE.
To require the Department of Consumer Protection to conduct a study of licensing and regulatory requirements for individuals who perform title searches of real property in this state.
