AN ACT REQUIRING AN AUDIT OF UNPAID UTILITY BILLS DUE TO FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.
To require (1) an audit of shut-off moratoria related to the financial hardship of an end use customer of any utility, and (2) monthly statements from the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority concerning efforts to collect unpaid bills related to such moratoria.
