AN ACT REQUIRING THE LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL OF CERTAIN EXECUTIVE ORDERS ISSUED WHILE THE LEGISLATURE IS IN REGULAR SESSION.

To require legislative review of executive orders issued pursuant to a public health or civil preparedness emergency declaration when the legislature is in regular session.
