AN ACT PRIORITIZING THE ADMISSION OF IN-STATE STUDENTS AT PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
To require the Board of Trustees of The University of Connecticut and the Board of Regents for Higher Education to prioritize in-state students during the admissions process of the public institutions of higher education governed by said boards.
