AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES FROM THE LUXURY TAX.
To exempt from the "luxury tax" motor vehicles used for commercial purposes and sold, accepted or received in this state for a sales price of eighty thousand dollars or less.
