AN ACT REQUIRING PHOTO IDENTIFICATION FOR VOTING PURPOSES.
To require photo identification for voting in person or by absentee ballot and to afford electors means of obtaining, free of charge, such photo identification or a photocopy thereof for purposes of so voting.
