AN ACT CONCERNING THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
To make the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority a stand-alone agency, increase staffing, increase communication with the legislative branch, ensure end consumer costs are considered in rate cases and settlements, and address outage and grid connectivity problems.
