AN ACT CONCERNING CAPTIVE INSURANCE AND THE CONVERSION OF PROTECTED CELLS.
To allow sponsored captive insurance companies to convert one or more protected cells or incorporated protected cells into a new protected cell, incorporated protected cell, captive insurance company or risk retention group without impacting such cell's assets, rights, benefits, obligations and liabilities.
