AN ACT CONCERNING THE ASSESSMENT OF FOUR POINTS ON AN OPERATOR'S LICENSE AFTER USING A HAND-HELD MOBILE TELEPHONE OR MOBILE ELECTRONIC DEVICE WHILE OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE.
To increase the points assessed against a motor vehicle operator's license after violating the prohibition on using a hand-held mobile telephone or mobile electronic device while operating a motor vehicle from one point to four points.
