AN ACT CONCERNING THE EARLY CHILDHOOD BUSINESS INCUBATOR PROGRAM.

To remove the limit on the duration of the early childhood business incubator program and change the number of facilities that may be approved under the program from one per specified municipality to twenty throughout the state.
