AN ACT REQUIRING SITE-NEUTRAL REIMBURSEMENTS FOR CERTAIN COVERED HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS.
To require health insurers to provide site-neutral reimbursements for covered health insurance benefits for: (1) Infusions; and (2) health care services that use (A) current procedural terminology evaluation and management (CPT E/M) codes, or (B) current procedural terminology assessment and management (CPT A/M) codes.
