AN ACT CONCERNING DAMAGES TO PERSON OR PROPERTY CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENT OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE OWNED BY A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE.
To provide that governmental immunity is not a defense in a civil action for damages to person or property caused by the negligent operation of a motor vehicle owned by a political subdivision of the state.
