AN ACT INCREASING THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF ASSETS THAT MAY BE RETAINED BY THE SPOUSE OF AN INSTITUTIONALIZED MEDICAID RECIPIENT.

To increase to fifty thousand dollars the minimum amount of assets that may be retained by the spouse of an institutionalized Medicaid beneficiary.
