AN ACT CONCERNING EXEMPTIONS FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEALS PROCESS FOR BOROUGHS.
To allow any borough to qualify for an exemption from the affordable housing appeals process separately from the municipality of which such borough is a political subdivision.
