AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF BACKGROUND CHECKS ON DEFENSE INDUSTRY EMPLOYMENT AND A STUDY OF STATE EMPLOYMENT OUTREACH EFFORTS.
To require (1) the Labor Commissioner to study the impact that background checks have on employment opportunities within the state's defense industry, and (2) the Commissioner of Administrative Services to study outreach and marketing efforts related to state employment opportunities.
