AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF REPURPOSING OR SELLING UNDERUTILIZED STATE-OWNED BUILDINGS.
To require the Commissioner of Administrative Services to conduct a study concerning the repurposing or selling of underutilized state-owned buildings and to submit a report concerning the findings of such study.
