AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR A SPECIALTY CHEMICAL AND WATER TREATMENT MANUFACTURING FACILITY AND GLOBAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT LABORATORY FOR THE MARINE INDUSTRY.

To provide a grant-in-aid for a supply chain specialty chemical and water treatment manufacturing facility and global research and development laboratory for the marine industry.
