AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN ARTICLES OF CLOTHING FROM THE SALES AND USE TAXES.
To exempt from the sales and use taxes the sale of and the storage, use or other consumption in this state of articles of clothing costing under seventy-five dollars.
