AN ACT CONCERNING THE SHORTAGE OF CERTAIN DRUGS PRESCRIBED TO TREAT TYPE II DIABETES.

To provide that the Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall adopt regulations to ensure that there is a sufficient supply of dulaglutide and semaglutide to treat patients in this state who have been diagnosed with type II diabetes.
