AN ACT CONCERNING HOUSING PROTECTIONS FOR VICTIMS OF FAMILY VIOLENCE.
To prohibit a landlord from taking certain adverse actions against or discriminating against a tenant or prospective tenant due to the tenant's or prospective tenant's family violence victim status.
