RESOLUTION APPLYING TO CONGRESS FOR AN ARTICLE V CONVENTION OF THE STATES.
To apply to Congress to call an Article V convention of the states for the purpose of imposing fiscal restraints on the federal government, limiting the power and jurisdiction of the federal government and limiting the terms of office of its officials and members of Congress.
