AN ACT REQUIRING INSPECTIONS FOR LEAD PAINT AND LEAD IN THE WATER AT NURSERY SCHOOLS AND PRESCHOOLS.
To require (1) inspections of nursery schools and preschools for lead paint and lead in the water, and (2) notification of parents and guardians when lead is discovered in a nursery school or preschool.
