AN ACT CONCERNING FREE RIDERSHIP FOR VETERANS ON MODES OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ON VETERANS' DAY.
To (1) annually on Veterans' Day exempt veterans from payment of the fares for state-owned or state-controlled bus public transportation services, and (2) require the Commissioner of Transportation to study the implementation of expanding such an exemption to all modes of public transportation in the state by January 1, 2030.
