AN ACT REQUIRING SCHOOL BUS OPERATORS TO RECEIVE AND DISCHARGE A PASSENGER ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE ROAD AS THE PASSENGER'S RESIDENCE ON CERTAIN ROADS.
To increase school bus safety by requiring a school bus operator to receive and discharge a passenger on the same side of the highway as the passenger's residence when the highway has a posted speed limit of twenty-five miles per hour or more.
