AN ACT REQUIRING ELECTRIC VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS TO CREATE AND DISTRIBUTE GUIDES FOR FIGHTING BATTERY FIRES TO FIRE DEPARTMENTS.
To protect firefighters who are called to fight an electrical vehicle fire when such vehicle is on the road or in storage.
