AN ACT CONCERNING THE BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF PIGSTIES.
To allow a pigsty to be built or maintained on marshy ground or land subject to overflow, and within three hundred feet of any inhabited house or public meeting house upon property other than that of the proprietor of the pigsty.
