AN ACT REQUIRING OWNERS OF SHORT-TERM RENTALS TO REGISTER IN A STATE-WIDE REGISTRY AND PAY A TAX ON UNITS THAT ARE NOT OWNER-OCCUPIED.
To require the owner of a short-term rental unit to register in a state-wide registry and pay a tax on such units that are not owner-occupied.
