AN ACT REQUIRING A REPORT CONCERNING HEALTH CARE PLANS, RETIREMENT PLANS AND OTHER BENEFITS PROVIDED BY NONSTATE PUBLIC EMPLOYERS.
To require the Comptroller to analyze reports concerning health care and retirement plans and other benefits provided by nonstate public employers, and submit a report containing such analysis to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to planning and development.
