AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN LARGE-SCALE RESIDENTIAL SOLAR INSTALLATIONS FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE NON-RESIDENTIAL ENERGY SOLUTIONS PROGRAM.
To exempt large-scale solar photovoltaic systems installed to benefit apartment buildings or other residential buildings with five or more units from participation in the Non-residential Energy Solutions Program.
