AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF DRONES BY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE COMPANIES.
To prohibit any homeowners insurance company from using drones for inspection or surveillance purposes prior to offering homeowners insurance coverage, unless such homeowners insurance company provides at least seven business days' notice to such owner by mail or electronic mail, as determined by such owner, of such inspection or surveillance.
