AN ACT IMPLEMENTING A SURCHARGE ON ELECTRICITY CONSUMED BY DATA CENTERS.
To (1) create a surcharge on electricity consumed by data centers in the state, and (2) use the proceeds of such surcharge to pay the Combined Public Benefits Charge reflected on electric utility bills for end use residential customers.
