AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE OFFICE OF THE CHILD ADVOCATE.
To provide increased funding for the Office of the Child Advocate to hire additional personnel, who are to be tasked with the oversight of children in the care of the Department of Children and Families and the residences in which they have been placed.
