AN ACT CONCERNING HAZARD PENSIONS FOR CERTAIN JUDICIAL EMPLOYEES.
To add investigators in the Division of Public Defender Services and support service investigators in Support Enforcement Services to the definition of "hazardous duty member" for the purposes of the State Employees Retirement Act.
