AN ACT REQUIRING INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES TO SUPPORT SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS.
To require that an electric distribution company perform any necessary infrastructure upgrade to support grid-tied solar photovoltaic systems installed by an end use customer of such company.
