AN ACT CONCERNING ENERGY ASSISTANCE STUDIES AND FUEL VENDOR REIMBURSEMENT.

To study and implement changes necessary to ensure a fair compensation system for deliverable fuel vendors in the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program without negatively affecting program participants, to study the benefits and costs of bulk fuel purchases for the program and to establish a common benefits and application portal.
