AN ACT CONCERNING THE EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT.
To increase the applicable percentage of the earned income tax credit to forty-one and one-half per cent of the federal earned income tax credit and allow households earning less than three hundred per cent of the federal poverty levels to claim such credit.
