AN ACT PROHIBITING STATE AGENCIES AND MUNICIPALITIES FROM PURCHASING OR OPERATING CERTAIN UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS.
To prohibit any state agency or municipality from purchasing or operating unmanned aircraft systems manufactured or assembled in the People's Republic of China or the Russian Federation to protect national security and prevent reliance on foreign adversaries.
