AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE LAWS IN NEIGHBORING STATES.
To require that the Insurance Department (1) conduct a study evaluating automobile liability insurance laws in neighboring states, including, but not limited to, issues relating to coverage and practices to lower automobile liability insurance premiums, and (2) submit a report of the findings of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to insurance.
