AN ACT PROHIBITING STATE AGENCIES FROM ADVERTISING, PROMOTING OR OTHERWISE ADVOCATING ON BEHALF OF CONNECTICUT'S RECREATIONAL CANNABIS INDUSTRY.

To provide that no state agency shall advertise, promote or otherwise advocate on behalf of Connecticut's recreational cannabis industry.
