AN ACT CONCERNING GAMING ADVERTISEMENTS AND PERMISSIBLE PAYMENT MECHANISMS FOR ONLINE GAMING ACCOUNTS.
To prohibit (1) funding any online gaming account by way of any revolving credit card or other financial source that is not exclusively owned by the online gaming account user, and (2) any promotion or advertisement that offers any financial incentive or enticement to participate in certain gaming activities.
