AN ACT IMPLEMENTING WEIGH-IN-MOTION SYSTEMS FOR COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES.
To implement weigh-in-motion systems for commercial motor vehicle enforcement activities to reduce paperwork requirements related to the highway use tax, save time by preventing stops at weigh stations and reduce idling of commercial motor vehicles at weigh stations.
