AN ACT REQUIRING NURSING HOME FACILITIES TO ELECTRONICALLY REPORT INVOLUNTARY TRANSFERS OR DISCHARGES TO THE STATE OMBUDSMAN.
To require nursing home facilities to electronically report involuntary transfers or discharges to the State Ombudsman in a manner prescribed by the State Ombudsman.
