AN ACT DEDICATING THE SALES AND USE TAXES REVENUE GENERATED FROM ALCOHOL SALES TO CERTAIN PURPOSES.
To dedicate all sales and use taxes revenue generated from the sale, acceptance or receipt in this state of alcohol to rehabilitation and treatment programs, drunk driving prevention efforts and the establishment of a recovery school.
