AN ACT CONCERNING THE QUARANTINE TIME FOR DOGS AND CATS THAT ARE NOT VACCINATED FOR RABIES BUT THAT MAY HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO RABIES AS INDICATED BY WOUNDS OF UNKNOWN ORIGIN.
To follow the National Association of State Public Health Veterinarians and reduce the maximum quarantine time to four months for cats and dogs with open wounds that are suspected of having been exposed to rabies.
