AN ACT EXEMPTING THE REGISTRATION OF MULTIPLE VEHICLES BY ONE OWNER FROM PAYMENT OF THE PASSPORT TO THE PARKS REGISTRATION FEE ON EACH VEHICLE.

To require payment of the Passport to the Parks motor vehicle registration fee on only one of the cars owned by a person when such person registers more than one car.
