AN ACT BANNING THE USE OF NUTRALOAF OR A PUNITIVE DIET AS A DISCIPLINARY TOOL IN CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES.
To ban the feeding of nutraloaf or similar punitive diets to persons who are incarcerated as a disciplinary tool and require the Commissioner of Correction to ensure all correctional facilities serve nutritious and palatable meals to all incarcerated persons.
