AN ACT STUDYING EFFORTS TO INCREASE VOTER PARTICIPATION AND AUTHORIZING MUNICIPAL PILOT PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE SUCH EFFORTS.
To establish a task force to study increasing voter participation, and civic engagement generally, in this state by examining the potential implementation concerns in pursuing such goal and looking at the experiences of other jurisdictions.
