AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS USED BY PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL AND ESTABLISHING A WORKING GROUP TO STUDY THE CONSOLIDATION OF PUBLIC SAFETY ANSWERING POINTS.
To (1) require a study of the use of communication systems by public safety personnel and the sharing of private information, and (2) establish a working group to study the consolidation of public safety answering points.
